Effective on January 1, 2024
For users and external users in the Republic of Korea, this agreement is applied in addition to the Lobox Privacy Policy. In case of any contradiction between this additional agreement and the Lobox Privacy Policies, the provisions of the additional agreement shall prevail.
Personal data is stored as follows;
Personal data is stored on servers located in the United States, outside the Republic of Korea.

Authority regarding the processing of personal data;
Third-party service providers or Lobox affiliated companies may process on behalf of Lobox and, as described below, can access personal data when necessary to carry out these processes. In addition to the service providers listed below, certain third-party service providers outside the Republic of Korea may also access personal data when necessary to fulfill areas defined on behalf of Lobox.

Methods of Deleting Personal Data;
As described in its privacy policy, Lobox deletes personal data if it is no longer necessary and there is no legal or commercial requirement to retain the data. When destroying data, commercially reasonable and technically feasible measures are taken to ensure that deleted personal data cannot be restored or recreated.
